A Photo Book of the 2009 preliminary and final competition is now available.

You can preview the first 15 pages (of the 80) on the site and orders can be placed directly on the site.  The price listed on the flyer and at the presale was $38. While the price on the website appears to be less, when you factor in shipping the cost is right around this same price.
